  • This is a light, refreshing summer salad that tastes as delicious as it looks.  Using the very best in season melon and strawberries this dessert is ideal after a BBQ, pack for a picnic or any time you would like a fruit fix!

  • Serves: 6 people


  • 300g Ogen melon – cut into balls
  • 300g Water melon – cut into balls
  • 300g Cantaloupe melon cut into balls
  • 150g strawberries – hulled and cut in ½
  • 3 kiwi fruit – peeled and cut into balls
  • Dressing:
  • 2 limes – juice and zest
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Garnish:
  • Large bunch fresh mint – divide into small sprigs
  • Large bunch fresh basil – divide into small sprigs


  1. Combine all the fruit together.
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients and toss into the fresh fruit just before serving.
  3. Garnish with sprigs of fresh basil and mint.
